ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. It appears the Ty production teams were confused about the difference between chameleons and iguanas. That resulted in the production of Rainbow and Iggy (style 4038) with similar appearances but incorrect names.

2. Collectors are sometimes confused by iguana versions of Rainbow and chameleon versions of Iggy, but at the times they were produced, they were intentionally produced that way. It is better to regard them as "concept" flaws than to categorize them as oddities or errors. There were so many of each version of Iggy & Rainbow produced that they are unlikely to ever become rare.

KNOWN ODDITIES

1. Rainbow with a Mel tush tag.
2. Rainbow with a Spunky tush tag.
