The 2001 Happy Meal promotion at McDonalds in Australia featured ten of the same Teenie Beanie Babies given out in the USA's 2000 Happy Meal promotion. The Teenie Beanie Babies were individually packaged in small plastic bags and given to customers who purchased a Happy Meal. The Australian versions of the bags containing the Teenie Beanie Babies did not have numbers like the bags in the USA.
