Country Summer Cherry

This is a Ty Color Me Beanie Baby. I call her Country Summer Cherry. I hand-made her summer dress and floppy hat out of a darling Mary Engelbreit fabric that has a checkered bright white and yellow pattern. Some of the checkered squares have cherries printed in them. The cherries look like little red buttons. I painted the stems and leaves on her and did the little red buttons to match. I highlighted her with tiny ruby-red Swarovski rhinestones and then gave her a cute pair of red tennis shoes. I decorated her waist and the back of her hat with red ribbons and flowers in red and white.
