Loving Summer Bouquets

This is a Ty Color Me Beanie Baby. I call her Loving Summer Bouquets. I handmade her summer dress and floppy hat out of a darling, bright yellow fabric that has bouquets of hearts and flowers printed on it. I painted bouquets and bright flowers all over her to match the theme of the dress. In the center of some of the flowers I painted on her I added either a bright yellow or red Swarovski rhinestone. Then I gave her a cute pair of red suede heart cut-out shoes.
