Rose Garden

This is a Ty Color Me Beanie Baby. I call her Rose Garden. I hand-made her summer dress and floppy hat out of two darling fabrics. The top part of the dress and her hat I made out of blue fabric that has all kinds of flowers printed in it. The bottom of her dress is a cute strip of matching fabric with summer watering cans on it. I painted the flowers and watering cans all over her to match the dress. Some of the painted-on flowers have either a red or bright yellow Swarovski rhinestone in the center of the bloom. I then added more highlights all over her with black Swarovski rhinestones.
