1. The initial release of the extra "Cruse" swing tag showed the name misspelled as "Crwse." The color of the first three lines of text was blue. It is supposed to be purple to mimic the "Cruse Bereavement Support" logo. The 2nd release of the extra swing tag showed the correct purple text color but the name was still misspelled "Crwse." The third release of the extra swing tag had the correct spelling of "Cruse" and the correct purple text color.

2. On January 12, 2023, Ty UK released a video teaser and made the following announcement on its Instagram page:

In recognition of the late Queens life and devoted service, We secretly attached GOLD coloured tags to 96 of the Elizabeth II bears! These bears have been hidden across the United Kingdom without ANYONE knowing! This is the lowest numbered limited edition bear EVER released by Ty, making it one of the rarest bears in existence!
