1. Spooky was incorrectly named "Spook" on the 3rd generation swing tags. The mistake was corrected in October 1995.

2. Spooky has several mouth variations. Some have a black thread with a slight smile, some with a U-shaped smile and some with a V-shaped smile. On some, the black thread is missing. The red glued-on mouth frequently falls off.
